At this point, has everyone who ordered a kit received theirs? More specifically, has everyone who ordered two kits gotten both? I haven't gotten my second yet, so wanted to check with you all to see if I am the only one, before I give Adam a call. Thanks.

Hey Guys, I just want to give you all an update on this kit. I've been playing the waiting game for the past two months ( since i dropped it off). The kit is in cue to have the molds made, and he is behind schedule. Right now, i've been told that it is going to be next week ( I hope). That means another week for me to cast all the parts. The initial production run is 30 kits. That WILL sell out fast. So I appreciate everyones patience on this  As everyone knows, i do not collect money up front. When the kit is ready to be mailed to you, then i collect! Thanks to all for your patience! Adam J |

Adam wrote me the other week with the news on both this and the Aries. I asked if I could beak the news and he specifically said he wanted to. This morning he tried to log in, but there were login errors and he couldn't. An email this afternoon said he was going to login tonight sometime.

I sent him the german preorder list last week, so he has the names for the satellite. I don't know his plans at this time. I expect he will follow thru and we are the first orders.
The Aries was a total secret and that is first come, first serve. He kept that project secret as he didn't want to be like others and take money for a kit he didn't have in hand.
His website also lists the American satellite as 'soon'. I don't know what the timeline for that is.

Ok guys  The German satellite kit is ready to ship to you!!! Here's the deal: the first 20 castings have been tagged for the members of this forum. They are boxed up and ready to send. The kit has been priced as low as i can go for EVERYONE. But, members of this forum get a special deal as promised  Contained in each box is a glossy print of the satellite model directly before it was rotoscoped to the 70mm master interpositive. It is the highest resolution imaginable and in near perfect condition  I had a professional printer do them. This pic is perfect for super detailing the model and then framing on the wall when your done. I truly look forward to your responses once you receive it. Talking with Adam, the directions are not quite ready yet and not shipping in these first few kits. I'll ask Adam to pdf them here when ready.
The rotocasting technique produces some oddity in the main hull, but that is a side effect of the process and unavoidable. For the size of the body, you expect to pick up a heavy hunk of resin, but the main command module piece is actually heavier and at maybe 1/10 the size! Amazing! It's the first rotocast piece I've ever experienced. And the hull is purple!
