From Adam of AJA Models this morning! ------------------------------------------------------- Regarding the 'lesser unfilmed satellites', I intend to release them as a group of four in the same 'box'. Kinda like when Monogram released their Sabre and Mig 15 in the same box.
They will be in scale (at least visually) with the rest of the satellites. Research has shown these to be quite small, mostly in the 15 foot (or so) range. So, at this point my guess is they will be 4 - 6 inches long. -------------------------------------------------------

Put me on that list for two sets, my good man! BTW, here are the only public pix of them. Also posted in the master bomb reference thread.

Fifteen feet? Like not much longer than my car? Or a station wagon?
If they're HO, and mind you I haven't had a train set in a looong while, weren't standard boxcars ~60' for their relative size?

I would be in for a set, but my personal preference would be to see the Space Station V first.

I will be in for at least one set, maybe two. Hoping to find some time this year to build my acquisitions from the previous year. Lots of fun in store for us!

Hi Guys, I am Jean-Marc Deschamps, the French model maker. Please put me too on that waiting list ! I remember when I was a teen seen the Starlog Spaceships special issue. There is a 2 pages full of 2001 vehicules and at that time I had only one of them : the Airfix Orion Now, near 30 years after, we can make our Odyssey in our house ! Thanks the photographies of the studio models and the guys behind those fantastic garage kits

Bienvenue, Jean-Marc. We would like to see some of your work posted here in the Master Gallery! Other stuff: -Continue voicing interest in getting the unfilmed satellites here. When Adam announces the project nears completion, I will create a master list for his ease of reference. It looks like he's going for the US bomb next though! (But not before the releasing Space Station V!) -It occurs to me that while there technically were four unfilmed satellites, there technically were six filmed satellites -but The Ruskies and Brits were dropped in the edit. The question becomes: do those two get grouped into this package making six models in this one offering? If each satellite is going to be in the $75 range, that makes for one expensive single purchase, even if there are only four sats...
