WIth a little further research, I have determined this is Ian's model. Ian has also made note on his site as well.
Lexfrog 'The Frog Market' is reselling the Orion (and other of Ian's models) for more than twice Ian's price through startshipmodeler! Lexfrog is lifitng Ian's photos and his text w/o permission. Indeed, he has told them to knock it off repeatedly and still they continue!
I have reported lexfrog for image copyright violation and hope that ebay will do it's due diligence on this.
If anyone comes across resin 2001 models on ebay, check in here to get the scoop on things. Maybe the kit you are looking at is rare and unavailable anymore. Maybe the seller is ripping you off.
